I am a thirty-something (mostly) stay at home mom of a busy almost 22 month old. I've loved to read ever since I was little. I was never really into writing, though I did start a piece in my journal once in grammar school that I viewed as "daydreams on paper" but I now recognize as my first fan fic, based on Cagney and Lacey. I once wrote an intro to a term paper so good my teacher accused me of plagiarism. If only she'd encouraged me to developed my writing skills back then, who knows...
Anyway, my husband got me sucked into Castle mid-way through the second season, and after a few episodes I was so hooked I went back and found the rest online so that I could get up to speed. The season finale left me frustrated, and I wandered onto this site in search of closure. I liked some of the stories and decided to try my own. I posted here and was extremely excited when I started getting reviews. After repeated references to fanfic.net in other people's author notes, I decided to post there as well. I wrapped up the first story, but some of the reviews expressed a desire to see what came next, which inspired me to write the second story. Ditto for the third.
So here I am.
